Abhay Deol wants to promote his film Aisha as soon

A busy Abhay Deol disappointed at not being able to promote Aisha

Abhay Deol who has been receiving rave reviews after the promos of his forthcoming Aisha hit the airwaves is disappointed at not being part of the film’s promotions which took a backseat due to Abhay’s hectic schedule. Abhay Deol who is currently shooting for Zoya Akhtar’s Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara in Spain has often spoken about the great time he had shooting for Aisha also starring Sonam Kapoor. However the star had already committed his dates to Zoya Akhtar and hence is unable to be part of the initial promotions of the film Aisha that marks his return to commercial rom-com cinema.

Says a source, “Abhay is trying to wrap things for Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara so that he can make it back to India for some of Aisha’s promotions. He is very disappointed that he could not be part of the film’s promotions but then again he had already promised Zoya his dates much in advance. He is really looking forward to the film”
Abhay Deol known for his expertise in unconventional roles now takes on a commercial film that sees him in a novel avatar very unlike the roles he’s accustomed to doing. And if sources are to be believed Abhay who plays a pivotal role in Aisha has done a stellar job in the film and is ready to wow audiences like he has never failed to do time and again.
